JD CUSTOM CUES - 2006 MODEL 1
Maple forearm, with 4 long Amboyna points with Ivorine 'Cross cut' notched diamond inlays on top each short point and inside the base of the long point... 3 ply veneer on each point.
Black leather wrap.
Ebony butt sleeve with 4 floating veneered Amboyna boxes with 'Cross cut' notched diamond inlays and 2 ply veneer trim rings above and below the floating boxes.
Black phenolic and Maple Chain Link decorative rings at A, B, C, D, E and Ivorine butt cap.
Ivorine joint collar with 3/8x10 thread pin and Amboyna joint protectors, (Not shown in photos).
Shafts for this cue were made in traditional solid maple, but an alternative custom version of this cue can be made with traditional solid maple, JD's own LD shafts or High End maple shafts with CF core to ensure straightness.

Maple forearm, with 8 Hi-Lo Amboyna points with Ivorine 'Spear head' inlays on top each short point and inside the base of the long point... 3 ply veneer on each point.
Black leather wrap.
Amboyna butt sleeve with overlapping diamond inlays of Amboyna and Ivorine into recut diamonds and single ply ivorine veneer.
Black phenolic and ivorine band rings at A, B and custom Ivorine 'Diamond Link' inlaid rings of Ivorine at C, D, E and Ivorine butt cap.
Ivorine joint collar with 3/8x10 thread pin and Amboyna joint protectors, (Not shown in photos).

Burgundy leather wrap.
Amboyna butt sleeve with alternating veneered diamond inlays of Amboyna and Purpleheart.
Black Phenolic Rings with Ivorine dots and lines at A, B, C, D, E, F. and Ivorine butt cap.
Ivorine Joint collar with 3/8x10 thread pin and matching Ebony joint protectors.
Cue was made with traditional solid maple shafts, but a custom version of this model can be made to customer request with either traditional solid maple, JD's own LD shafts or custom high end shafts.

Gabon Ebony grip with Ivorine Diamond inlays accented by Zebrawood bands and short Ivorine points.
Zebrawood butt sleeve with purpleheart band rings.
Zebrawood and Black Phenolic band rings at A, B, C, D, E and Ivorine butt cap.
Ivorine joint collar with 3/8x10 thread pin and Gabon Ebony joint protectors.

Solid black linen wrap.
Gabon Ebony butt sleeve with floating alternating box inlays if Ivorine and Amboyna inlays with Ivorine notched diamonds, accented by 2 play veneers and Hi/lo barbells with red veneer and Ivorine dots.
Ivorine decorative rings with amboyna box inlays at A,B, C, D, E and Black Phenolic butt cap.
Black phenolic joint collar with 3/8x10 thread pin and semi-matching Gabon Ebony joint protectors.

Gabon Ebony butt sleeve loaded with Ivory inlays of spear heads, florals with recut Ivory dots with blue veneer dots in the centre.
Custom ivory 'Spot link' decorative rings at A, B, C, D, E.
Ivory joint collar with 3/8x10 thread pin and maple wood joint protectors with similar, but non-matching rings at customer's request.

Cue was made with traditional solid maple shafts, but a custom version of this model can be made with a choice of Traditional Solid Maple, JD's own LD shafts or JD's custom 'High end' shafts made with a carbon fibre core.
